Taberna Saltpeter offers a range of quality tapas and a range of sustainable and low intervention wines.
Run by couple Maddie and David taking their first steps into running their own business after decades of industry experience. Taberna Saltpeter sells wine from reputable wine producers and suppliers, and sources fresh ingredients from local businesses including Cleveleys Butchers, James Hunt Fisheries and Harvey and Co as well as quality led Spanish suppliers.
Taberna Saltpeter has cozy indoor seating for up to 20 people, with an outdoor terrace with sea views for summer which seats up to 20 as well.

We let our container out for parties out of season (from October-May) just get in touch to ask- give a budget and we will sort out your needs.
Our Paella is prepared and cooked from scratch, hence, it needs to be booked in advance please, and you can choose a fish or meat option.
